I'm a copywriter and content strategist who loves the challenge of making big, complicated ideas easier to understand. Whether I'm learning about a new subject, interviewing someone about their work or untangling a messy webpage, my instinct is the same: figure out what matters, organize it clearly and help other people make sense of it.

That's what led me to a career in writing, content strategy and user experience. I enjoy the process of asking questions, digging into details and finding the story or insight hiding underneath a pile of information. I love a good puzzle — but what I enjoy most is figuring out how to make a complex idea feel simple and human.

 

Over the years, that curiosity has taken me through higher education, fundraising, marketing and UX research, but the work itself has always been about helping people connect with information more easily.

I'm equally interested in the content itself and the systems that support it. I like thinking about how information is organized, how decisions get made and what helps people feel confident enough to take the next step. At the end of the day, I'm happiest when I can bring a little more clarity to something that previously felt confusing.

When I'm not working, you can find me working through the New York Times crossword archives, opening the next book on my ever-growing reading list or rewatching Pride and Prejudice (2005) for the umpteenth time.
